HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We work on demand, which means your case is created especially for you. Each one is hand-painted, encapsulated, and finished, so the process takes time. Due to our artisanal production and current waiting list, orders are usually delivered within 1 to 1.5 months.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We currently offer international shipping. Shipping availability depends on the courier coverage from Mexico. To find out if we can ship to your location, please enter your address at checkout. You will then see the available options and shipping costs before completing your order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package (add how this process would work because I don't know...)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will depend on your location and the shipping options available for your address.

ARE THE CASES ANTI-YELLOWING?

No. No transparent case can stay exactly the same forever. Over time, factors such as daily use, sun exposure, and cleaning affect its appearance. That's why all our cases include a cleaning kit and we recommend cleaning them 1 to 2 times a week, both inside and out. Like any accessory you use every day, good care makes all the difference.

ARE ALL CASES HAND-PAINTED?

Yes. All of our cases are hand-painted and encapsulated. We do not use printing or mass production.

Do PopSockets work with your cases?

Yes, but you need to use a magnetic ring. Our cases are encapsulated with a resin layer that protects the design and helps keep every detail in place. Due to this layer, the natural magnetism decreases.

By using a magnetic ring, we ensure a strong and secure connection between your Pop Up Star and your Cosmic Calico case.

ARE THE CASES HEAVY-DUTY?

No. Our cases are designed as an everyday accessory. They are not suitable for sports, extreme activities, or severe impacts. However, they feature reinforced thick silicone corners that help provide additional protection during daily use. Like any handmade accessory, we recommend using them with care to keep them in the best possible condition.

CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Once you have made your payment, we do not accept exchanges or refunds.
